WARRIORS SOAR and Americas Warriors Partnership have entered into a mutual beneficial relationship to serve the wounded military veteran community. As members of WARRIORS SOAR you now have access to AWP and the services they provide to Wounded Military Veterans.
At the national level, The AWP Network bridges the gaps between veteran service organizations and public agencies to connect veterans, their families, and caregivers with needed resources. To date, the AWP Network has assisted more than 10,000 veterans, family members and caregivers in 1,200+ counties.
On a local level, AWP’s five community branches utilize a proven one-size-fits-one Community Integration (CI) Model. This model is a Four-Step Plan to connect, educate, advocate, and collaborate with veterans, their families, caregivers, and communities. These branches work to build relationships with veterans in their community to provide support at every stage of veterans’ lives proactively and holistically before a crisis occurs.
The AWP Network is staffed by a dedicated team of case coordinators with social services backgrounds who are experts at holistically identifying problems and finding one-size-fits-one solutions. They are committed to addressing each unique case with care and attention. Transportation, short-term financial assistance, housing, and assistance with VA claims are some of the most pressing needs that community-based programs need help addressing.
All communication and or collaboration between you as a member and the counseling, assistance, and outreach programs are confidential in nature.
