Thomas is a well-regarded entrepreneur, business development and partnerships professional who served the automotive claims services sector, trading partners, and constituents for more than 35 years.

Adams is the former creator, founder, board member, and owner of both TAG marketing and Certified Collision Group.

Thomas is a born and raised Chicagoan graduate of DePaul University and St. Ignatius. He and his family reside in Summerlin, NV, where they enjoy multiple sports, fishing the Pac Northwest, canine training, and assisting WARRIOR SOAR.
