Colton Carlson

Ambassador for Wounded Military Veterans

Colton Carlson served in the United States Marine Corps –  from 2009-2013.  (Medically retired wounded veteran)

In 2012, Colton deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. During his deployment, Colton sustained life altering injuries when an improvised explosive device detonated directly beneath his feet resulting in the amputation of both of his legs.

Since being injured, Colton has learned to walk using advanced prosthetic legs. He has summited mountains in North and South America, learned to ski, and earned a degree in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.

Colton currently lives in Hartford, VT with his wife Danae, and their two children, CJ (age 9) and Stephen (age 7).

Colton serves as our Ambassador for Wounded Military Veterans.
